Modern cars these days are chock full of cup holders and USB charging sockets but back in the dark ages when our beloved 80 Series was built I don’t think the letters U-S-B had even been put together yet in any capacity.
So as part of my ‘Project80’ mission to progressively upgrade the 80 Series into the ultimate budget family touring vehicle, I thought I’d install some USB charging sockets in the rear doors so the girls can keep their phones and tablets charged on the road.
