You’d be hard pressed to find a corner of the globe that doesn’t have their own festival and their own unique way to celebrate – indeed this is one of the great things about travelling – getting to meet the locals doing what they do best.
Our friends at Flight Centre have put together this infographic of festivals around the world in January and there is still time to get to one or two if you’re twiddling your thumbs looking for something to do. Otherwise, most are annual events so pencil them in for 2014 and you’ll have something to look forward to.
